By booking a session with Aligned Divine Coaching (“the Business”), you acknowledge and agree to the following:
These services are offered for spiritual guidance, personal insight, and reflection.
I am not a licensed medical, legal, financial, or mental health professional. The information shared during your session is not intended to replace professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have concerns related to your health, finances, legal matters, or mental well-being, please consult a qualified professional.
Sessions may include intuitive or interpretive insights intended to support personal growth and understanding. They are best used as a tool for reflection and guidance rather than absolute or fixed outcomes. I view each session as an energetic snapshot in time, and because of free will, energy and outcomes can shift and evolve.
Sessions may be recorded and/or AI summarized for quality and client reference purposes. By booking, you consent to this.
You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and are participating voluntarily.
All services are non-refundable; however, rescheduling may be accommodated when appropriate.
Policies
Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of booking to reserve your session.
If a session is rescheduled in accordance with the policy below, the payment will be applied to the new appointment time.
All sessions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated; however, rescheduling may be accommodated at my discretion.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session, or failure to attend the session (“no-show”), are not eligible for refund. In these cases, rescheduling may be offered at my discretion.
Rescheduling requests must be made within a reasonable timeframe and may be limited to one (1) reschedule per session.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, the session may be considered a no-show.
No-Shows
If you do not attend your scheduled session and have not provided notice, the session will be considered forfeited. Rescheduling in this case is not guaranteed and is offered at my discretion.
if I Cancel
If I need to cancel or reschedule your session, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Confidentiality
All information shared during sessions is confidential, except in situations required by law, including:
Threats of serious harm to yourself or others
Child or elder abuse
Court orders or subpoenas
While I take reasonable steps to protect privacy, the use of online platforms and digital communications carries inherent risks beyond my control, including potential hacking or data breaches. By using such platforms, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Sessions may be recorded and/or AI summarized for quality and client reference purposes. By booking, you consent to such recording. Recordings are stored securely and accessed only by myself. Clients are responsible for safeguarding any copies or shared links to session materials.
